ARRI Rental<\/strong> is happy to announce the return of the \u201cShoot a film in one day\u201d short film competition. If you are a film student registered at the 2022 EnergaCamerimage Festival<\/strong>, you are invited to enter the draw for ARRI Rental\u2019s<\/strong> short film competition.<\/p>\n The concept<\/strong> The rules<\/strong> Completed films need to be submitted to ARRI Rental by December 30, 2022<\/strong>. Whether or not you incorporate sound is up to you, but we cannot supply any audio equipment.<\/p>\n If you use music, please ensure that you\u2019re not infringing copyright.The winning entry will be announced in February 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The prize<\/strong> How to register<\/strong>
\nFive students will be selected at random to participate. Each will be given an ARRI<\/strong> camera and lens kit for one day during the festival, with which they must shoot all the footage they need for a short film of between one and five minutes. Participants should not work alone \u2013 a team of at least two people is required to operate the equipment safely.<\/p>\n
\nYour film must be on the theme of PEACE<\/strong>. It\u2019s up to you how you interpret that brief, but please keep it to a PG-15 rating. No gratuitous violence, nudity, etc. \u2013 we want to share the winning film on our social media channels.<\/p>\n
\nThe winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Munich, including a night in a hotel and a tour of the ARRI headquarters<\/strong>, where the cameras are actually built. You\u2019ll visit the ARRI museum<\/strong> and the production lines. Afterwards you will be taken on a tour of the ARRI Rental<\/strong> facilities in Ismaning and treated to lunch with the ARRI Rental<\/strong> team.<\/p>\n
