His works are exhibited all over the world)\n<li><b>Nicola Pecorini<\/b>  (cinematographer &#8211; <i>Las Vegas parano<\/i>, <i>The Brothers Grimm<\/i>, <i>Tideland<\/i>, <i>The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus<\/i>)\n<li><b>Steven Rosenblum<\/b> (editor &#8211; <i>Braveheart<\/i>, <i>Legends of the Fall<\/i>, <i>X-Men<\/i>, <i>The Last Samurai <\/i>)\n<li><b>Juan Ruiz Anchia<\/b> (cinematographer &#8211; <i>Spartan<\/i>, <i>Confidence<\/i>, <i>Glengarry Glen Ross<\/i>, <i>The Jungle Book <\/i>)\n<li><b>John Toll<\/b> (cinematographer &#8211; <i>The Thin Red Line<\/i>, <i>Vanilla Sky<\/i>, <i>Braveheart<\/i>, <i>Tropic Thunder <\/i>)\n<li><b>Nigel Walters<\/b> (cinematographer &#8211; <i>Queer as Folk<\/i>, <i> Silent Witness<\/i>, <i>Marple: The Murder at the Vicarage<\/i>, <i>Saigon Baby<\/i>)<\/ul>\n<p>   The Plus Camerimage 2008 <b>Golden Frog<\/b> went to <b>Anthony Dod Mantle<\/b> for the cinematography on <i>SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE<\/i>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p> The Plus Camerimage 2008 <b>Silver Frog<\/b> went to <b>C\u00e9sar Charlone<\/b> for the cinematography on <i>BLINDNESS<\/b><\/i>.  <\/p>\n<p> The Plus Camerimage 2008 <b>Bronze Frog<\/b> went to <b>Rainer Klausmann<\/b> for the cinematography on <i>THE BAADER MEINHOF COMPLEX<\/b><\/i>.  <\/p>\n<p><span><b>STUDENTS ETUDES COMPETITION<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p> Students Etudes were judged by: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Brad Silberling- Jury President<\/b>  (director, producer, writer &#8211; City of Angels, Lemony Snicket&#8217;s A Series of Unfortunate Events, Moonlight Mile, 10 Items or Less)  \n<li><b>Monty Montgomery<\/b> (producer, writer &#8211; Portait of a Lady, Wild at Heart, The Loveless)\n<li><b>Sue Gibson<\/b> (cinematographer, President of BSC, The Forsyte Saga, Mrs Dalloway, Hear my Song)\n<li><b>Lilly Kilvert <\/b> (production designer &#8211; Legends of the Fall, The Last Samurai, Siege)\n<li><b>Karl Walter Lindenlaub <\/b> (cinematographer &#8211; Independence Day, Rob Roy, Jackal) <\/ul>\n<p><b>Laszlo Kovacs Student Award &#8211; Golden Tadpole Plus Camerimage 2008<\/b> was granted to <b>Aurelian Pechmeja<\/b>, cinematographer of <i>Dear Mom, to Read If I Don&#8217;t Wake Up<\/i><\/b>, INSAS, Belgium <\/p>\n<p> Plus Camerimage 2008 <b>Silver Tadpole<\/b> was granted to <b>Bartek Cierlica<\/b>, cinematographer of <i>The Gravediggers<\/i><\/b>, PWSFTViT, Poland <\/p>\n<p> Plus Camerimage 2008 <b>Bronze Tadpole<\/b> was granted to <b>Nadav Hekselman<\/b>, cinematographer of <i>Roads<\/i><\/b> Tel Aviv University Film &amp; TV Department, Israel <\/p>\n<p> Additional Awards were presented in the Student Etudes Competition: <\/p>\n<li><b>Association of Polish Filmmakers<\/b><\/a> (Stowarzyszenie Filmowc\u00f3w Polskich) granded the Award of 3000 USD to <b>Aurelian Pechmeja<\/b> (INSAS, Belgium), the winner of Laszlo Kovacs Student Award &#8211; Golden Tadpole.\n<li><b>The Light for the Arts<\/b> &#8211;  <b>OSRAM<\/b><\/a> Company Award for a creative use of light in a film. The award of PLN 10,000 was granted to <b> Bartek Cierlica <\/b> the cinematographer of <i> The Gravediggers <\/i>, PWSFTViT, Poland\n<li><b>PANAVISION<\/b><\/a> granted the <b>Special Award for Best Picture Technique in Student Film Competition <\/b>to <b> Teppo H\u00f6gman <\/b>, cinematographer of <i> High Hopes <\/i>, TAIK, Finland. Onah<\/b> .  The audience chose <b>Monika Kotecka\u2019s<\/b> film. <\/p>\n<p><span><b>MUSIC VIDEOS COMPETITION<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p> The Main Prize of the Music Videos Competition went to <b>Kasper Tuxen Anderson<\/b> for cinematography on <b>Dave Gahan\u2019s \u201cKingdom&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p> The Audience Award went to <b>Aaron Stewart-Ahn and Shawn Kim<\/b> for cinematography on <b>&#8220;I Will Possess Your Heart&#8221;<\/b> by <b>Death Cab For Cutie<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span><b>1997 &#8211; 2007 AWARDED STUDENT ETUDES RETROSPECTIVE<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Cineman&#8217;s Internet theatre<\/b> has been presenting the Retrospective of the Awarded Student Etudes &#8211; Camerimage 1997 &#8211; 2007. The best film chosen by the internet users was announced at the Closing Ceremony. The winner is <b>T-REX, 2003, cin. Konrad Spyra<\/b>.  <\/p>\n<p><span><b>PLUS CAMERIMAGE SPECIAL HONORARY AWARDS<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p> During the 16th Plus Camerimage several special awards were presented.
